Terms of Service

Kojo ("Kojo," "we," "us") provides a platform that helps gaming brands build and run creator programs, including program landing pages, creator rosters, activations, and creator discovery and outreach tools. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kojo.gg, app.kojo.gg, program landing pages we host, and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

Self-serve plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at signup. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial; a valid payment method is required at signup and your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

You can cancel any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then, and no further charges are made. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Managed plans are governed by the ordering document or proposal you accept.

The Service lets you invite creators to your program and email offers to creators who have joined it. You agree to use these tools only as provided: invitations and offers are sent by Kojo on your behalf, honor creator consent and opt-out preferences, and may be rate-limited or quota'd. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or to contact creators who have opted out.

You retain ownership of the content you provide: brand assets, program copy, offers, and similar material. You grant Kojo a license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, publishing your program landing page or generating drafts with AI from your website). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you provide.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful;
• misrepresent your identity or brand to creators;
• scrape, resell, or export Kojo's creator network data outside the Service;
• interfere with or attempt to circumvent security or usage limits;
• upload content that infringes others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm creators, or put the platform at risk.

Kojo facilitates connections between brands and creators but is not a party to agreements formed between them. Brands are responsible for honoring the perks and terms they offer; creators are responsible for the content they produce. Payments, commissions, or products exchanged between brands and creators are between those parties unless a managed engagement states otherwise.

We improve the Service continuously and may add, change, or remove features. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kojo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, liability limits, and dispute terms) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will give notice (for example, by email or in the app) before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
